Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work only with resorts?
No. Mountain High works with resorts, vacation-rental and residential communities, management partners, retreat venues, corporate groups and private-event partners.
Do we need an existing fitness facility?
No. Many programs can be designed for lawns, pool decks, meeting rooms, terraces, clubhouses or other appropriate indoor and outdoor spaces.
Who provides the instructors?
Mountain High recruits and coordinates qualified instructors based on the program, setting and audience. Certification verification, scheduling and substitute coverage are managed as part of the engagement.
Who promotes the classes?
Mountain High provides the program wording, instructor information, dates, times and promotional messaging. The property promotes and registers participants through its existing guest and owner channels.
Can classes be included as an amenity?
Yes. Programs can be structured as an included amenity, a paid experience or a hybrid model based on the property's goals and access rules.
How do we know whether the program is working?
Attendance and participant feedback are tracked throughout the engagement. Mountain High uses what we learn to recommend schedule, format and programming adjustments.
Can we begin seasonally?
Yes. A 90-day seasonal pilot is often the most practical way to introduce wellness, test demand and make informed decisions about longer-term programming.
Do you manage future fitness facilities?
Long-term facility planning or wellness leadership can be discussed as a separate consulting engagement. It is not automatically included in the activation program.
